Accuracy statement

What Happens Next

Initial review

After receiving a notice, the team may review the report for completeness before taking action.

Content handling

If the complaint appears valid, reported material or related access may be limited, removed, or otherwise reviewed in line with applicable obligations.

Further communication

DownVio may contact the reporting party for clarification if important details are missing or the material cannot be identified clearly.

Counter Notices

If a party believes material was removed or limited by mistake, they may respond with a legally sufficient counter notice for further review.
